When placing an order please provide the following information:

• Describe the design you are seeking
• Style of garment (tshirt, sweatshirt, hoodie, long sleeve shirt, etc.)
• Size(s) needed
• Quantity
• If each garment will have a customization such as a name, please include next to given sizes
